SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Where do you ship from?

We ship products to you from our partnered factories located primarily in the United States and China.

 

How do I obtain my tracking number?

Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. When receiving your tracking number(s), please allow up 1-3 days for the shipping company to activate/update the tracking number.

 How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed & shipped out within 1-5 business days. Estimated shipping time for US orders is 3-10 business days. International orders have an estimated shipping of 2 - 8 weeks.

 

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back please?

All orders are processed and moved to production shortly after the order is placed. We can not issue refunds once the order if the order:

  • is in production.
  • is being prepared for shipment.
  • has already has been shipped.

However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order we may be able to cancel your order.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

 

You order will be shipped directly from our different dropshipping fulfillment centers.

Shipping and handling charges-

Shipping and handling will be added to each order at the following rates.

 

  • For orders up to $100 a flat fee of $10 will be added for shipping and handling.
  • For orders over $100 a rate of 10% will be added for shipping and handling.

 

 

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been shipped?

If your order was shipped from overseas, we will not accept returns.

If your order was shipped domestically (USA), you might be able to return your item(s).

Once your order has been shipped internationally or domestically, it is impossible to cancel it.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you are dissatisfied with your order or a specific item in your order, please contact us. These situations are treated on a case-by-case basis, but most are always resolvable. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Who pays for returns that are damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you might be able to return your item directly to the shipper, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (domestic or international). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will do our best to make sure everything goes smoothly and/or try to find a way to make everything right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (i.e., take a picture and email us right away).

 

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, supplements, and coffee) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Our branded coffee, branded cosmetics, and branded supplements can not be returned. Once they have been opened, they can not be returned or refunded. 

We also do not accept returns for artwork or clothing.

Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. If a return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for a new item. 

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?



Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

 

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
