This coffee comes from Juanachute micromill. This mill is an early pioneer in its field, led by Luis Anastasio Castro, known as Don Tacho, has set a high standard for micromill operations in Costa Rica. Juanachute oversees every step of coffee production, from tree planting to bagging green beans.

Owned by the Castro family, Juanachute extends beyond farming to include a roastery and coffee shop in San Pablo. Luis Anastasio Castro Jr. spearheads a barista education initiative, graduating 30 students annually, and competes in Costa Rica's barista championships, showcasing Juanachute's exceptional coffees.
