Feverfew, Tanacetum parthenium, is a popular natural remedy for migraine headaches. It does not work very well once the migraine has started, but when taken regularly it helps to prevent migraines and lessen their severity. Its name comes from its traditional use as a remedy for fevers. It is an effective small intestinal anti-inflammatory that combines well with chamomile and calendula for gastric and leaky gut.
Suggested Use: Take 2-5 full droppers (2-5mL) up to 2 times daily as needed. Drop directly under the tongue or place in 1/4 cup of water and drink.
Warning: Not for use during pregnancy. If mouth soreness or ulcerations develop, reduce dosage or discontinue use. It does not work on migraine headaches caused by weakness or deficiency (for example anemia).
