DIRECTIONS:

Use body wash by applying on wet skin in a circular motion once in the AM and PM. On a clean damps body apply scrub in a soft circular motion on arms, body and legs. Do not apply on private areas. May be apply to the buttocks area only not in between. Rinse in warm water. Apply lotion in a circular motion. Stay out of the sun for at least 30 minutes or a directed by a physician after using body scrub. Use body scrub only 1-2 times per month.
