Linden is a common name for trees belonging to the Tilia genus. The dried flower, leaves, and wood have been valued for their wellness-supporting properties for hundreds of years. 

Linden is an herb that comes from various species of Tilia, or lime tree. It has been used in Traditional Wellness practices for centuries to support overall well-being and address a wide range of concerns.
