  • Once, processed as a gel: 1-2 tablespoons best taken in the morning

Instruction for Best Shelf Life: 

  • Raw Sea Moss can last up to 1 year, kept in a cool dry place.
  • Once the Raw Sea Moss is blended into a gel, IMMEDIATELY refrigerate it for 5 hours before use.  The texture is more like cranberry sauce or jam.  It can be kept in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks or up to 6 months in the freezer.
