Chai Tea (Caffeine Free)
All the wonderful flavors of Chai, but without the caffeine boost! This traditional blend of exotic spices from Southern Asia can stand on its own.
Use 1 TBSP (25 g) of tea per 8 oz of water. Put the chai in water and heat slowly to a boil. Add sweetener to taste and low-boil for 5–10 minutes. Stir and turn the pot off. Steep for another 15 minutes. Strain and add up to 8 oz of warmed milk.
Ingredients: Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Allspice, Cloves, and Black Pepper
